In my years of having out-of-body experiences I have participated in many what are often called ‘astral rescues’. Some people when they die remain stuck in a sort of trauma loop and replay time after time what happened to them until another being can get through to them to help them out of their self-made world. Some people don’t even realise they have died, often because their death has been sudden and unexpected, the following experience is one of these.
I am dreaming I am in my cellar, I have recently cleared out this space and made it into a sacred space where I meditate and play my sound therapy instruments, my energy is there. However, although I call it a dream, it doesn’t really feel like a dream, I think I am already out-of-body but not very aware at first. Then I suddenly feel an energy behind me, it feels like heavy energy, and I have a hard time turning around. I try to say ‘What’s this all about?’ but it is difficult to get the words out I make a real effort then wake myself up while saying the words.
I go back to sleep and find myself back in the cellar, this time I am aware and know I am out-of-body. I see a young woman with pigtails, she wants me to follow her. I go with her and fly through the little window that goes to the garden. I fly to the left and I feel a being near me who is trying to distract me from what I am doing, I push it away with a flick of my hand and arm.
I find myself in a place with a young man in front of me, the name ‘Murphy’ comes to my mind, he has been killed in a bike accident but doesn’t know he has died. I try to explain so he can move on. Around him I see several dead relatives and I try to tell him to look around, that he is among people who have already died. He then points out a pizza bar where his friends are working, he tells me that his friends own the pizza place and he says ‘They are not dead so how can I be.’ I go over to the pizza bar, and the couple tell me they aren’t doing any business, they are making pizza that is not being eaten. I tell the young man to think about that, ‘Why is no one eating the pizza?’ I tell him it’s because no one in this place has a physical body so no one needs to eat, I tell him the pizza place and the couple running it are thought forms and not really there, just projections. This seems to convince him to look at the anomalies and become more aware.
I don’t remember any more but I believe that once the young man started to question what was around him this helped him move on and maybe his relatives waiting for him could finally reach him.
It is interesting that a being tried to stop me, there are beings that don’t want people to do this type of ‘astral work’ I believe that as more people are lifted out of their trauma so there is more light and a little less confusion. It’s possible that this being may have been the heavy energy I felt at first, this heavy negative energy can be quite scary, they use ‘scare tactics’, if this doesn’t work they may try to distract you in other ways. However, I stress, I am speaking from my own experience which may or may not be the same as other people.
There is a lot of negative energy in our world at the moment, there is also a lot of positive, though we often don’t hear about it, the astral is no different, and just as we need more light here on Earth, so we need more light in the astral. Every little helps.
Imagine all the negative energy that is constantly produced if someone is reliving their trauma, time and time again, stuck in a ‘trauma loop’ in the lower astral planes. I believe many people do this type of astral work even if they are not aware, every success story brings in a little more light.
