Today I’d like to describe an experience that I had last year in May which was quite interesting. This morning I was just looking through a few diaries and I came across this. So I’d like to share it with you.

This podcast episode describes a false awakening and several ‘outings’ I love it when you have more multiple outings in one night.

This was a wonderful out-of-body experience, very simple but the exit was incredible.

I love this experience, getting back to nature and meeting my tree spirit guide, fascinating.
