An Astral Projection ‘So Real’ Moment Oct 28th 2021
The morning before having this experience I was working on and published an episode related to mind training, which I consider of utmost importance when trying to achieve and when having out-of-body experiences. The act of focusing on that episode I believe contributed towards an experience I had the morning after, in that particular episode I speak about training the subconscious mind to wake us up in the mind awake/body asleep state, this is for sure one of the least time-consuming ways to achieve an OBE, after all we all have to sleep.
Focusing the mind on what we want to achieve gives the same message to the subconscious mind and it will kick in and try to help us. That morning I suddenly become aware as I am experiencing energetic sensations and I know immediately what’s happening, so I get up out of my body.
I go over to the window and fly out I am immediately in the astral as the sky is blue and it isn’t night time. A large rocket flies past, I believe this is a thought form as the day before I was talking about space travel. I continue to fly and I find myself underground in a cavern, it is where a lady called Janet lives, she is sitting in front of me and we chat. The main subject of our conversation is the ‘realness’ of our meeting, I get the feeling we are in Narnia, though it is nothing like the Narnia of the books and Janet was never a character as far as I can remember. Maybe there exists more than one Narnia. There is a pool of water in the cavern and she shows me her fish they are like koi but bigger, bright orange and white. As we are talking I am amazed how real it is, it is as if I am talking to someone in the physical, in a sense more real. I’ve had this type of experience before and the ‘realness’ never fails to shock me, we are so brainwashed into thinking that our lives on Earth is as real as it gets, but in experiences like this one it is life on Earth that fades into the distance like a dream.
Then it is almost as if we create something and there are a group of us talking about how you can visit places like Narnia of the books. Janet explains that whatever is held in the mind of people, particularly on a large scale gives energy to its creation and so a place like Narnia and its characters exist as a creation of the people who tune in to it. I presume this would be true for horror scenarios too lol, a sobering thought but it makes sense since the astral is a mix of negative and positive.
I create a Peter from Narnia, then I create a cadbury’s cream egg, I loved these as a kid, I think I would be sick if I ate one now. I bite of the top, a great way to eat chocolate there are no calories in the astral lol.
Then I wake up.
It was nearly time to get up, so I went over the action in my mind a few times while in that state of not quite awake and not quite asleep. I did go back to sleep after this and had a dream where we are going down into the Earth to combat something, each person has a kind of helper, mine is called Simon, there are guides with me and they do most of the work, one guide has a very bright green helper called something like gnash, it is a kind of a blob but with an uneven surface, it has a face and small arms and legs. Very strange.
I’ve had other OBEs where I have been practising creating things, it is as if I am learning how to manipulate energy with my mind. Maybe this is one of the reasons we come to Earth to learn how to create, here it takes a lot longer for things to manifest could be because until we get control of our minds things could get rather weird.
