Well it’s that time of the year again here in Italy, summer has almost past, summer holidays are over and I must say I really enjoyed our little family get together, we went to a place called Talamone which was a really chill place. Now it’s time to get back into things, although I do have a trip to the UK planned.
It’s time to start focusing once more on our inner journeys, now the summer heat is passing and my family have gone back to their various abodes it’s a lot easier to concentrate on my own stuff.
Today I’m going to tell you about an experience I had back in May, it left me feeling so good!

It is early in the morning, about 6am, my thumb had been hurting and having done yoga the evening before it was hurting slightly more, I did a little reiki on it then thought that if I had an OBE and subjected my whole body to those wonderful energies it would do it good.
Laying on my back often makes OBEs easier for me as I find it an uncomfortable position to sleep in, so I lay on my back, arms down at my side palms facing upwards.
I wake up in the mind awake/body asleep state and I am feeling full of energy, almost exploding with energy, I get up out of my body and it feels such a relief as the energy was almost overwhelming. I am standing with my arms at my side and palms facing outwards and I feel so powerful, I exude power. It is incredible.
I fly through the window without hesitation and find myself flying in space though it isn’t dark it is more a soft purple, there are 3 or 4 planets nearby, such an incredible feeling, I feel fantastic and I am flying quite fast. In front of me I see some big rocks coming towards me, in a kind of reddish energy field, I think to myself, ‘good job I’m out-of-body or I would be squashed by now.’ As I’m flying I say to my higher self ‘take me where I need to be’. I arrive in a city and walk around a bit, everyone is wearing masks covering nose and mouth, ‘I think to myself, bloody hell, they are wearing masks in the astral too now.’ All the masks are a variation of the same pattern and made of cloth. I haven’t got one and someone asks me where my mask is, I make up something telling him it must have blown off when I was riding my bike. He gives me one, I just take it and walk off. I feel I am in this town to somehow help people, and I go into a building where there is a friend of mine. In the OBE I feel I have known this friend a long time and we have worked together in the astral many times before, although this is the first time I remember. I ask someone his name for although I know him well I can’t remember his name, it’s Barnaby. I go over to him for a chat, it’s so good to see him, he is dressed like Indiana Jones, but without the hat. We know each other so well. The next thing I remember is being in a cave setting with Barnaby and two creatures, they are a bit dragon-like, Barnaby makes the comment that they look like something out of Doctor Who and we laugh. We are teaching them how to lucid dream.
Then I wake up.
There are several things that strike me about this experience, the first was the intense power I felt, this is the second time I have felt this recently. The second thing is where I was flying at the beginning, it defies description and I really wish I was an artist so I could get across the feeling. The third thing was my friendship with Barnaby and how we have worked together many times in the astral but this knowledge only came to me in this OBE, before I was not aware of it at all. So imagine how many things we get up to when we sleep that we may never be aware of in this life, imagine how many friends we have that we are not aware of. So if you’re ever feeling alone you are not, you have many friends you don’t even know about.
