It’s been a while, it’s been so hot here in Italy that motivation tends to get a bit low, I’ve also been doing a course for level 3 Reiki plus regular yoga. However, I do find that summer heat tends to affect the frequency of my OBEs. I also had he infamous virus that has been doing its rounds but I’m fine and found it, strange as it may seem, an opportunity for growth.
Anyway, last night I did manage to tune in at some point durin the night though the memory is not very detailed. I remember being consciousness, no body etc and I was exploring a town. I remember focusing on a particular road but that’s all. The thing that remains with me the most was being simply consciousness.
Now let me take you back o March as I have a bit of catching up to do on my blog.

I had been trying for a few days to have an astral experience, but nothing happened just dreams reflecting our present situation here on Earth, which I can do without, then last night I didn’t try but just kind of let go and got more chill about the whole thing and I ended up in the astral.
I am in a kind of dream, I am lying in bed trying to have an OBE and my husband keeps disturbing me trying to hoover the room so I can’t focus properly. I decide to get up and go somewhere else. It is as if I step somewhere else and I find myself in our former house and fly through a window. I feel I am in the astral, it feels so good just flying, I am flying with our former dog who died a few years ago, there are also children playing below me, one is playing with a large ring like a rubber ring. I feel good. I lose lucidity and then find myself eating a meal with the children and their parents, a child is talking about a dream he/she (not sure) had the night before. It is exactly the same as a previous experience with the children playing, we laugh and say we shared the same dream. I don’t remember anything more.
Another experience the same night goes as follows:
I am in a place where people need healing, there are kind of trailers with people waiting and many are traumatised, there seems to be a lot of energy healing going on, there are several healers there laying their hands on people. I go over to a couple of ladies, one turns round and calls me by the name ‘Consensus’ she then shows me what she is doing. I go over to a trailer with some teenagers in, they have been traumatised in some way and are sitting waiting. I say to them ‘come on kids, let’s go’ someone says they’re not kids, I explained that I used the term in a general sense. The teenagers are supposed to be going with me to be cared for.
What is comforting about many of my experiences is that there always seems to be a lot of healing going on in the astral, no one is ever abandoned, there are many beings who are constantly trying to help people whose life on Earth has left them traumatised. I think it’s important to remember that life here on planet Earth isn’t always easy, we need to be gentle with ourselves and give ourselves time to deal with things that happen, indeed we can also ask directly for healing. Whatever happens we can be sure that we are never alone.
