This episode I recorded while out for a walk in the rain, it was very refreshing if not a bit cold, but the rain did actually make good background ‘music’.
I was dreaming I was asleep in my parent’s house in my old room where I used to sleep as a child, this is quite significant as when I started having out-of-body experiences I used to visualise my parents’ garden as the place I wanted to end up because it was a place where I was always happy I played there as a child so I knew the garden very well. It was very easy to bring it to life in my visualisation, in fact it became a kind of base camp; so my parents’ house could be considered an access point for the whole me, my other identities etc.
I was dreaming I was asleep , I was the person asleep and I was the observer as often happens, then while I was asleep I started to wake up in the mind awake/body asleep state, now at that point I felt the usual sensations that I have when I’m just about to leave my body, I got up and flew through the window ending up straight in the astral. I found myself in a building but I wanted to leave it, to fly around in beautiful countryside. I tried to find an exit and wandered around in corridors, I think someone was following me but I don’t really remember that bit very well.
I flew through a window and in front of me, in the distance, were these beautiful mountains, absolutely wonderful. My lucidity was more than 100% and I called on my higher self because I had some questions I wanted to ask, I felt I was so lucid and the answers I would get would be amazing as I would ask all the right questions but my higher self didn’t seem to appear. Now our higher self is always present so I thought ‘oh well never mind’ I shall have to fly and enjoy myself; I think that’s what my higher self wanted for me, it just wanted me to chill and enjoy myself, to fly, and feel really light. I was so lucid. I was flying nearer and nearer the mountains, the air was so clean and so fresh, if you can call it air, I suppose ‘astral air’, the energy that was surrounding me was so clean and so fresh it made me feel alive and really light. Excellent experience, I woke up feeling good and felt the need to go out for a walk in the rain and look out over the hills which are in fact covered in cloud right now but I know they’re there and I also know there is blue sky above the clouds so now I’m going to continue my walk.
