In an OBE a few years ago now, I remember that I was in a house, it wasn’t a modern house, more like from the fifties, I was flying near to the ceiling observing. It was sooooo real as real as it is sitting here typing. From my present point of focus in 2025 I was a future me flying near the ceiling observing a past event. Of course in the big scheme of things all is present, there is no past or future, only in our minds, but for the sake of human on Earth in my particular timeline we’ll continue.
What happened in that OBE isn’t what I wish to discuss here but rather a thought I had recently while sitting in my own kitchen here in 2025.
I thought that maybe there could be another me, a future me, floating near to the ceiling observing me in 2025, why not if it happened once why not again. In the OBE from the fifties I had to understand something, that OBE was necessary for me to understand something about that life in order to heal it. The thing that struck me most about the experience was just how real it felt, as real as me sitting in my own kitchen thinking well here I am this feels real too lol.
The feeling of something being real is of course relative, I have experienced many OBEs where things seemed more than real and coming back to the physical seems like coming back to a flat cartoon world where loads of crazy stuff happens.Indeed it does feel like we are stuck in a loop repeating the same things, on the surface it appears that there is progress, but when we look at things honestly the progress we see externally is for the major part, technical. Advances in communication, in modern appliances etc etc, real advances in how we live are not so evident. There is still war, excesses in some places and lack in another, the world seems as out of harmony as ever, the craziness and chaos continues. I think we need to spiral out of this loop and the first step is realising it is a loop, we are in our own version of groundhog day, if you remember the fiilm. However, I do believe like groundhog day little advances are being made, I do feel there is a lot more light coming into our world than has been, thanks to many spiritual groups and individuals who are working on helping to raise the vibration of our world, of Earth.
OBEs are a wonderful way of realising there is so much more to who we are, but if there’s one thing I have learnt from my experiences is the need to also be firmly grounded on Earth, grounded in the energy of the Earth, and not simply working from our higher chakras. We need to connect our higher self to our humanness.
