Ever woken up wondering where you are? It’s as if you have been so far into yourself that it takes a while to get back to the physical and tune in to your surroundings. This morning I woke up with that exact feeling, it took me a few seconds to get all the information back in my head. Such a weird feeling.
Even weirder is where you wake up and can’t remember which ‘me’ you are. That’s happened to me too. I’ve usually been astral projecting, my consciousness expanded into more than my Ali Wylie identity, then when I enter my body and wake up, I have to think ‘Ok, which me am I?’ Then the information downloads into my head and I remember where I live, who my family are etc etc.
Astral projection really opens up your perspective on life, the world and indeed who we truly are with many different experiences as different identities. To me it makes perfect sense that we should have the experience of being different people I think as multidimensional beings we would want to learn as much as we can and experience things from different perspectives. Here on earth there is such a richness of experience that we can delve into.
What I love about the astral too is how time appears to be flexible, in one OBE once I lived a whole lifetime, the experience seemed to last forever, when I woke up I couldn’t remember all the details but I remember being a man wandering around his country searching for something, always searching, always travelling it was an incredible feeling to live a whole life in less than a night, I felt quite exhausted too. Maybe that life inspired me to go on an inner journey in this life, my external journeys brought me to Italy where my inner adventures began.
