Yesterday I was out and about in my town, it is mid/late September, I went into a shop and lo and behold they were putting out the Christmas stuff, surely it’s too early we haven’t even done Halloween yet. I said this to the guy, that we seem to be stuck in some kind of loop, moving from tradition to tradition in a never-ending cycle, he didn’t seem very happy that he had already been told to start stacking the shelves with elves and laughing Santas.
As I left the shop I started thinking about the loops we get ourselves in, with our ways of thinking, the way we view the world, maybe our loops make us feel safe.
Reminds me of the song ‘Windmills of Your Mind’ by Noel Harrison, I love this song, it expresses so well how our minds can end up going round and round in circles. Do check it out.
However, we do need to spiral out of some of our loops if we are going to change something on Earth.
In many of my so called ‘Astral Rescues’ I see a lot of people stuck in loops even after they have died. I was reminded of one such case recently while having a cappuccino with a friend. A young man called Bugsy had come to find me, he turned up in my sacred garden, this is my astral base camp, I often find myself here when I leave my body. He told me that only I could help him. This is a bit of a long story and I still have to record all the happenings, all the weird physical synchronicities that occurred during the time I was working with Bugsy. However, to sum up, his girlfriend, the love of his life, had commited suicide, Bugsy had died before her and she found it difficult to life without him. Bugsy’s girlfriend was so lost in her grief, in the pain of her life that she ended up in the lower astral planes. Now I’m not saying that suicides all go to the lower astral planes, they don’t, each case is different, but she was so lost in her trauma loop she could not get out without help. There is always help, no one is ever abandoned. Bugsy could not reach her, that’s why he called on me as I am incarnated, so when out-of-body my energy vibration is more easily accepted by people in the lower realms who need help. Bugsy’s girlfriend needed help spiralling out of her loop. I’m not going to go into details here as this is a very sensitive subject and I prefer to describe what happened in a more private environment just so I can be available to answer questions. I’ll just say that it was a happy ending.
The astral is a reflection of our physical reality and vice versa, it is where all our thoughts and emotions play out, it is full of the most beautiful scenes you can imagine and more but it is also full of all the ugliness that we, as humans, create, it is full of joy and desperation. We should be pushing beyond all this mess, beyond the astral to higher realms, where form doesn’t exist, this realms can be more difficult to reach as form is so embedded in our subconscious, when we leave our bodies we are so influenced by our humanness. Easy for me to say when it often isn’t easy to even achieve a conscious out-of-body experience. However, we can start with who we are in this present moment here on Earth, I believe we chose to be here, I don’t have all the answers, does anyone? But maybe if we try to spiral out of a few of our loops (thinking about the same negative things over and over, constantly lost in the past or future, our worry loops etc) we may slowly change our world from the inside out and lift ourselves out of the chaos we seem to be in at the moment. It’s certainly worth a try.
Can we raise like the phoenix out of the fire? I like to think so.
For anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide don’t dispair, they are fine, we all have guides and helpers ready to help us, this is a little excerpt from ‘Astral Dancer’
I’ve now had something confirmed that I’ve believed for a while. Keeping someone in our minds in our waking hours helps in our communication with them. We can listen to music and the notes somehow form a bridge from one person to another. I believe that Joseph Conrad (an author, the person I was helping) had lost his ‘child aspect’, his inner joy, a friend indeed. I
don’t think that he had a happy childhood and probably carried his sadness into adult life.
“We live, as we dream alone,” Joseph wrote in ‘Heart of Darkness.
Maybe now he would change this to the following:
“We live, as we dream, never alone.”
Praying for our loved one helps them a lot but we must also remember to let them go and not hang on tightly. Pray for them but without becoming obsessed, our own lives must go on.
Years ago I wrote a little book, I didn’t publish it, it really was just a fun thing about how to go about having OBEs, I’d like to read the conclusion to you.
