A short astral projection experience but it is always good to be out and about.

So much sparkly energy!

Our out-of-body experiences are often related and not always simply ‘one-offs’ in fact they may even bleed over into physical life.

A short but interesting out-of-body experience.

Just as we have conflicts on Earth people have them in the astral too.

We may energetic links with people we aren’t even aware of, maybe good connections maybe not so good, but the good news is if necessary we can sort them out. Astral projection and dreamwork can help us do this.

This experience made me feel soooo good.

Opening a channel to the Divine.
